Girls ISSB: Complete Procedure and guidelines

This is an ISSB experience by a Female candidate who appeared in 150 GDP. The basic purpose of the post is to clear your view about the ISSB Procedure and act as an ISSB test success guide.

Special Note

This ISSB experience is from Pre-Covid 19 time. So there might be some changes in the ISSB schedule due to COVID-19. However, the whole procedure for the ISSB did not change and as applicable below.

Arrival Day

The time for the arrival was 8 to 11 AM. I reached the ISSB center at 10 a.m. After the arrival, there was a Security check, a Document check at the desk, a Photo session, and a chest No allotment at the reception. After the chest Number allotment, we were sent to the relevant rooms. After some rest, there were Forms filling in the Hall by All candidates. After that, there was Day off. After the evening we had Dinner and then went to bed.

2nd Day in ISSB

We Got up early in the morning Wore tracksuits and had Breakfast. Then we reached Hall, and GTO groups were made, each comprising 7 to 9 candidates. New chest No were allotted from 1- 9 to each group.

GTO took for Indoor tasks.

The group Discussion topic was: Joint Family System k Asarat (effects). Then My Lecturate Topic was: Walidain bachon k mamlat main amal dakhal karain ya na karain.

After that, we had military planning. Kuch khas achi nahi hui.

Tips: Breifing achi se sun,ni hay: breifing samajh agayi, to solution day pao gay, Nai to kaam kharab,

Then we were taken for the GTO outdoor task which was Progressive Group Task.

Iski 2 stage hoti hain. 1st stage kr k 2nd pay jatay hain. Humara grp 1st stage main bilkul starting line k paas hi phuncha hua tha ke time up ho gya. 2nd stage kafi achi ho gayi thi, last hurdle reh gy tha k time up ho gya.

Then we went to Hall for psych’s written tests, WAT, Sentence Completion, Story Writing, and Merits Demerits.

Then those groups were called who had to appear in the Deputy interview.
3 or 4 groups ka tha including mine. Baqi remaining candidates ka deputy and psych interview dono next day hua.

Interviews 3 huay, Psych interview Hwa, deputy ka b huwa, aor GTO ne chaltay chalty interview lia, before command task
So after the deputy interview, the 2nd day finished for me.
after that Dinner and then sleep.

3rd day in ISSB

Got up early in the morning and changed into tracksuit aur breakfast kiya. Then reached Hall. They briefed us about Individual Obstacles. Then concerned GTO came and took the groups separately. All the individual obstacles were shown to us and briefed in detail. After Individual obstacles, we proceeded to the Command task. Command tasks har individual ka alag alag hota hay, jis me individual Commander hoti hay aor baqi 7,8 female apkay members hotay hen.

Command tasks hotay gaye, sath sath jo jo commander hota tha GTO us say seperately aik interview bhi letay thay. Darmyan me break time b hota hay. Chaye, biscuit milty hen, ISSB ki taraf se.

Jab sab k command tasks complete huay fir wapis johar hall bhej diya. Change kiya psych k interview k liye. Kiun k kuch bachon ka kl deputy ho gya tha, unka sirf psych ka hua. Baqi sb ka psych deputy dono. Interviews complete huay aur yun ISSB finish hui. Raat ko Amma abba ko call ki ijazat thi, call kr k kuch khushi khusi a gaye kuch roti dhoti ayin

Deputy President’s Interview

Recommended Alhamdulillah.

Suggestions dun gi Kuch upcoming candidates ko:
1. Be you
2. Be you but samajhdari k sath. Aisa apnay baray main na batayen k jis say boht buray lagain. Aap achay hain. Unko apna aap acha dikhayen
3. Psych’s written test ki boht practice karain. Try karain k achay aur positive jumlay aur stories banayen because your dossier matters alot tou positive rahain. Aap achay hon gay tou forces apko select zaroor karain gi.
4. Helping rahain, ghussa nahi karna. Be nice to everyone.
5. Agar kuch cheezain ghalat ho bhi jayen tou khair hai. Aik cheez pay koi not recommend nahi krta. Usko dimagh say nikal k next k liye acha tyar krna aur best dena.
6. Be confident. Darna nahi hai kahin bhi. As IK says jb tk apko ghussal k phattay pay na daal dain, aap nay ghabrana nahi hai.
7. Not recommended k baray main sochna hi nahi hai. Aap best hai, have self-confidence.
8. Amma abba ki baat manain, un say dua karayen. Darood pak boht parhain. Namaz parhain. Allah say boht madad magain, uski kareemi pay yaqeen rakhain.
Allah tala aap sb ki madad karain. Ameen.
Mujhay bhi duaon main yaad rakhain.
