What is the role of ISSB Psychologist website in your selection to become an officer in Pakistan Armed Forces?

When you will visit ISSB, you will spend 4 to 5 days there. ISSB have 3 Phases of selection which is comprises of the following.

1. Psychology tests
2. GTO
3. Board President

Which is more important according to you?

Perhaps all three are important for the selection of the candidate. On the last day, there is a conference between the three officials to select a candidate.

However, If a candidate failed to impress the psychologist, then there is no need for discussion, and the candidate will be STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
