Topic 16: Sample Psych interview Questions

This is a sample ISSB psychologist interview questions that was held in PMA LONG COURSE ISSB.

Remember, The PSYCHOLOGIST asks questions from your bio-data form and your psych tests. So you must know what you have written in the bio-data form and psych tests.

Self related questions

• What’s your Name?
• What’s the meaning of your name?
• Do you have dreams?
• What type of dream? (Ye un dreams k baray me pooch raha, jo k aap Jaagty hwe dekhty hen.)
• Why do you want to join Army? Although this is a simple question but many candidates even can’t answer this question properly.
• What are you doing nowadays?
• Is it your first time in Issb? If you are a repeater, Psych might ask questions related to your previous performance.
• Apny 5 Merits and 5 De merits btao.… Most common question, Everybody should work on it.
• Agar main apko not recommended kr du to kiya kro gay….. You should be positive and optimistic to answer this.
• Book konsay read krty hooo. If you mention Book Reading then He will ask which book you read last time. Your favourite author and his or her publications.
• Favourite personality…. Your Personality is the person from who you inspired and there is a huge affect on your lifestyle. Favourite personality must be Realistic.
• Apny PAF navy q nhi join ki Army he q…. Everybody body know better, Every field is not for everyone. You must know your strengths and weakness before applying for a Job.
• Dekhooo apnii kuch khame real btao…. Your weaknesses must be realistic as i write before
• Dost hain ketny hain Facebook pay ketnay hain… Your Social circle define you. If you have 200 Friends on Facebook and you don’t know why you added them, then there is a fault.
• Ghussa ata hai kab…. and q….. Anger is natural. Its depends how you control and Express your anger.
• Jhutt boltay ho….. q …. kab ….. Everybody lie for their own sake.
