Yes You can apply for Aeronautical engineering. You are ineligible for GDP as your eyesight is weak.

You can apply as a Psychologist in Pakistan Navy or PAF, However the competition is tough and need alot of hardwork, to be selected as a Psychologist in defence forces. At the same time, I will advise you to not lose hope and keep faith in the Almighty. Prepare yourself for the public service commission Jobs at provincial and Federal Level. In sha Allah, Success will be Yours.

Walekum us Salam, You can apply for FMA or FMT in PAF or Navy.. No other possible opportunities on matric base.
