Who should not join PAF as an Airman?
Many students are enthusiastic about joining PAF as an airmen after completing Matriculation. Perhaps it is one of the best jobs, based on Matric qualification. However, if you want to do something big in your life, and you want to achieve something big provided that you have sufficient resources, then it is not the place for you.
Who should join the PAF as an Airman?
In our society, people give value to the government jobs, that’s why all people want to join Government jobs.
- If you are from a lower-order middle-class family and your family is facing financial problems.
- If your family is in a financial crisis.
- You do not want to study for higher qualification
- Or you didn’t like study
Who should not Join PAF as an airman?
- If there is no financial problem for you.
- If you are a high achiever and you believe in your abilities you can achieve something big in your life.
- you want to do something big in your life
- You are great at studying and you love education
- If you are not a burden on your family
- You can improve Higher Education in PAF, However, there are certain restrictions, that make it hard.
- You can not switch jobs, as if you want to become a High school teacher, it is almost impossible.
What if could not pass the Airmen Test ?
Remember, anything that shines is not Gold. I have seen many people, who Failed airmen test and they have later a better Job. So beleive in Almighty and believe in your abilities. You might find a better future.

Can we become commissioned officer i.e. aerospace engineer after serving as airmen and completing higher studies alongside?
There is rare possibility, because aerospace Engineering degree will require regular joining of Classes and Suitable University, which is impractical along with your Job. So It is not an easy Task, it might have 2% possibility.
If I were selected as airman, can I apply for ISSB after that ? Would they allow me?
Yes, They will allow you after completion of your training.
Is paf give diploma to you airmen so that can we apply for commision in pak army
Yes, you can apply for the Pakistan army commissioning on the basis of mentioned diploma.
