I want to share my experience to candidates who have a wish of issb and join Pak army. First of all you should check the ability in himself if you are weak in any point you must preparing to correct those things who caused of your failure result. It is not a big deal if we talk about other tests , civil tests, PCS tests etc these are hard to do but ISSB is a easy test if you are prepared you must have a self confidence, concentration, planning, attitude, you should be prepared himself like a army officer before the test because they want to see the those things who have present in your life.150 GDP (1-4)sep
Centre Gujranwala
Part 1
Arrival Day:
8 to 11 arrival day tha. ISSB centre pohnch gay phir 1:30 pay Johar Hall, form filling hui. Luch then psych’s form filling. 7 o’clock tk is sb say farigh huay. Dinner aur phir so gaye.
2nd Day:
3: 30 pay uthay Subah Track Suits main hi ready ho k Breakfast kiya. Phir Johar Hall pohnchay. GTO nay groups ko chest numbers allot kiye aur sath ley gaye indoor tasks k liye.
Group Discussion topic was: Joint Family System k Asrat.
Then My Lecturate Topic was: Walidain bachon k mamlat main amal dakhal mat karain.
Then we had military planning. Kuch khas achi nahi hui. Meray tou legit sr k upar say guzar rahi thi 🤭😂Then we were taken for GTO outdoor task which was Progressive Group Task. Iski 2 stage hoti hain. 1st stage kr k 2nd pay jatay hain. Humara grp 1st stage main bilkul starting line k paas hi lag hua tha k time up ho gya. 2nd stage kafi achi ho gayi thi, last hurdle reh gy tha k time up ho gya.
Then we went to Johar Hall for psych’s written tests, WAT, Sentence Completion, Story Writing and Merits Demerits.Then those groups were called jinka us din Deputy k sath interview hona tha. 3 4 groups ka tha including mine. Baqi sb ka deputy psych dono next day hua.
Interviews 3 huay unki separate post banaun gi.
So deputy k interview k baad 2nd day finish hua. Dinner and then sleep 😊
3rd day:
3:30 pay jagay, changed into track suit aur breakfast kiya. Phir Johar Hall pohnchay. Unhon nay Individual Obstacles k baray main brief kiya. Phir GTO aye aur apna apna grp ley gaye. Individual obstacles dikhaye saray. Sb bataya. Phir jis grp k IOs start ho gaye wo wahin ruka baqi sb Command task k liye chalay gaye. Command tasks hotay gaye, sath sath jo jo commander hota tha GTO us say seperately aik interview bhi letay thay. Humaray grp k abhi 3 tasks rehtay thay tou individual obstacles k liye bula liya.Phir sb k IOs k baad remaining tasks huay aur wapis johar hall bhej diya. Change kiya psych k interview k liye. Kiun k kuch bachon ka kl deputy ho gya tha, unka sirf psych ka hua. Baqi sb ka psych deputy dono. Interviews complete huay aur yun ISSB finish hui. Raat ko Amma abba ko call ki ijazat thi, call kr k kuch khush khusu a gaye kuch roti dhoti ayin 😂😂

Suggestions dun gi kuch upcoming candidates ko:
1. Be you
2. Be you but samajhdari k sath. Aisa apnay baray main na batayen k jis say boht buray lagain. Aap achay hain. Unko apna aap acha dikhayen
3. Psych’s written test ki boht practice karain. Try karain k achay aur positive jumlay aur stories banayen because your dossier matters alot tou positive rahain. Aap achay hon gay tou forces apko select zaroor karain gi.
4. Helping rahain, ghussa nahi karna. Be nice to everyone.
5. Agar kuch cheezain ghalat ho bhi jayen tou khair hai. Aik cheez pay koi not recommend nahi krta. Usko dimagh say nikal k next k liye acha tyar krna aur best dena.
6. Be confident. Darna nahi hai kahin bhi. As IK says jb tk apko ghussal k phattay pay na daal dain, aap nay ghabrana nahi hai.
7. Not recommemd k baray main sochna hi nahi hai. Aap best hai, have self confidence.
8. Amma abba ki baat manain, un say dua karayen. Darood pak boht parhain. Namaz parhain. Allah say boht madad magain, uski kareemi pay yaqeen rakhain.
Allah tala aap sb ki madad karain. Ameen.

Conclusion : It was a 3 minute interview, I kept my body language firm and maintained eye contact with a slight smile on my face. I did not lose confidence even when they shouted at me and kept answering them with courage. That is all they want in a interview. Nothing more. That’s it. Don’t be worried about general knowledge, I answered 1 question only and still got recommended. Just be calm and relaxed. Focus on what you are being asked and answer accordingly.
