Are you a graduate of management science and eager to Join Pakistan’s armed forces? Pakistan Air Force provides you an opportunity to join after completing your graduation in management sciences.
How you can apply?
You can apply for the short service commission. There are two advertisements announced in a year. The first is announced in the first half of February and March (it might be in April if the recruitment process gets late). The 2nd Advertisement is announced in August – September each year.

What are the educational requirements?
If you are a management science graduate with at least a 2.67 CGPA and no 3rd division in Matric and FSc.
Following BS/ MBA / MS degrees are eligible to apply.
- Human resource management
- Project management
- Economics
- Financial management
- Accounting and Finance
What are the physical standards?
The height requirement is 5 feet and 4 inches for male candidates. This height is the minimum criteria, and below this range is unacceptable. The upper limit for physical height is 188 cm or 1.88 Meters.
Chest should be normal and there are no higher requirements. The eyesight requirement is (6/6) with or without glasses.

Duties when selected
The selected candidate will get a commission in the Education Branch. The selected candidate will teach management sciences in Air Force academies.
What rank is awarded after completion of training?
Flying officer rank is awarded after completion of training, which is equivalent to a 2nd lieutenant in the army.
What are the privileges and Perks?
Same perks and privileges as for other officers.
