The procedure for Lectureate in ISSB

On the GTO first day, All are devided into small groups for the GTO tasks. (GTO ka first day pe sabko groups ma divide Kiya jata hay.)

Every group have separate GTO and they take their respective groups to a Small for lectureate. har group ka GTO alag hota hay or har GTO apna group k sath ak room ma lecturate k lia chlay jaty hen.

GTO JB chest number vise candidates ko call kr rhy hoty to khty candidates have to stand from my left to right OR right to left.. whatever they say uh have to follow that order..

📌 GTO apna group k sath room m jty waha sabse phly ek brief interview hota jis me apni apni hobbies ,sports or form ma Jo likha hta whi btana hota..

📌 Interview k bad room me ek screen pe briefing hoti lecturate k liye

📌 then GTO khud btata k apko 2 topics btya jaye gy

📌 2 mint k lia bhr ja kr kisi ek topic ko prepare krna hota hy
or phr ,2 mint m group k samny deliver krna hota hy

📌JB ek candidate ko topic milta hy wo bahr jata or pehly walay ko andar bhejta hy..
