I applied in Navy pn cadet and cleared all initial test and submitted issb form for Navy pn cadet. I am just worry about lecturate and group discussion. Just guide me about these two test.
Dear Adnan Arshad, If you are worried about these two, then it’s might be due to low confidence. Lectureate and Group discussion needs practice… practice and practice.. You have to do it practically by forming a group of friends.. You can not prepare these two by just book readings and seeking guidlines..

Dear Saman Iftikhar, ISSB is same for both genders except Individual obstacles. Due to differences in physical strength, Girls performs only 5 Obstacles instead of 9 obstacles for boys. Remaining process is same. Interview is of general type and Field related ik ya 2 questions hotay hen, simple questions. You can prepare yourself for the interview through these Links.

1. Deputy president which is Must. Har Banday ka Hota hay.
2. Psych Interview: Pehlay Ye Sab ka Hota tha. Ajkal Sab Ka nai Ho raha. Written tests k base pe Psychologist Banday ko Directly Recommend Ya Not recommend Karta hay. Agar Psych ko kaheen Doubt lagay, To un ka Interview leta hay, Baqi ka Nai.
3. GTO before Command Task apko breifing deta hay. Sath wo apko apse Baray me b questions pooch leta hay, Log usko b interview count kar lety hen. Wo GTO ki taraf se 3, 4 questions hotay hen. Jo k Task ki taraf Walk kartay hwe Rasty me pooch leta hay. Like kidr se ho? Kio join karna chaty ho, hobbies kia hen. Just simple questions.

For example, For Group discussion, if you are Given a Topic: Kia Pakistan ko beroni imdad leni chahye ya nai? Devide this into subtopics. Like Kia Beroni imdad faidamand hay, ya Nuqsan deh. Sir it is a bit difficult for me to talk in English. Actually I take pauses while delivering my opinion just because I think first and then convert my thoughts in English for delivering. Sometimes I do not find English for conveying my message. But while delivering in Urdu language, I feels myself a bit confident as compare to English.
What should I do to overcome this problem?
Dear Saad Ahmed, Speaking English for Non native speakers are always a bit difficult who have No practice. One cannot be English fluent through book reading unless doing speaking practice. Remember, English is a Language not intelligence. English boltay hwe apko Dar ya Sharam Mehsoos nai Honi chahye, Otherwise Jo thori Bahut English aap Bol skaty ho, Wo b nai Bol paogay. Be confident and keep practicing.
Sir ..I have applied for GD pilot..and I have cleared my initial, medical, interview.And they said that please wait for ISSB call from 10_ 27 october. And 4 days are remaining.Can they call on last day.I mean I should have to wait till 27 october.If after this I will not receive the call.what should i do
Dear Zoya Rashid, You should wait patiently till 27 October. Remember, these dates are tentative and there might be some changes to facilitate other sister forces issb schedule. Currently, issb is in progress for Pak Navy courses. So you should keep calm and Focus on your issb test preparation. The other thing is, issb for the female candidates of PAF courses will be held after Male candidates. Keeping All these in mind, you should not worry as it will took some time.
You can Any PAF selection and Recruitment center to inquire about female applicants. Please Call them in working and duty hours. Sometimes, they didn’t pick the Call, you can inquire generally about the female candidates from another selection centre.
