let’s take an example…..
You are less confident… Confidence can be judged easily by any one, GTO, Psych, or deputy president. If you acknowledge it, and you write in your demerits, it will not harm you. Instead, the Interviewer will be sure that the candidate is honest with them.
If you do not write, they will judge it, when they ask, you may shy and hesitate to reply.
What is the Point?
Every human has certain demerits. You are no different than others. You should know your demerits. Whenever They ask, you should reply accordingly.
The army gives the training to mold you into army officer and your demerits will be automatically improved.
Army isi liye training deti hay, agar aap me kuch khamiyan hen, to wo door kar di jayen. Isi liye army ne ap kay liye 02 saal training rakhwai hay. Agar Unko bagher Khamio waly insan chahye hotay, to fir training ki zarorat he na rehti.
