Every human is certain demerits. You may not know, but the ISSB Examiners will know definitely when you spend four days with them. So if you have any demerits, then tell the ISSB clearly.

let’s take an example…..

You have low confidence… Confidence can be judged very easily by GTO, Psych, or deputy president. If you acknowledge it, and you write in your demerits, it will not harm you. Instead, the Interviewer will be sure that his candidate is honest with them.

If you do not write, they will judge it, when they ask, you get shy and hesitate to write or reply.

What is the Point?

Every human has certain demerits. You are no different than other humans. You should know about your demerits. Whenever They asked, you should tell accordingly.

The army gives the training to mold you into an army officer and your demerits will be automatically rectified.

Army isi liye training deti hay, agar aap me kuch khamiyan hen, to wo door kar di ayen. Isi liye army ne ap kay liye 02 saal training rakhwai hay. Agar Unko bagher Khamio waly insan chahye hotay, to fir training ki zarorat he na rehti.

Do you have any regrets? A must question by deputy President (Kia apko kisi chez pe pashemani/ afsos hay?)

The Deputy president asks every candidate, Do you have any regret? Many candidates reply in a “NO”. If you have not performed well in any task, then you must tell him, you should have regretted it. Saying “No” mean you are hiding information from him, which he already knows.
