☆ENTRANCE TEST
Assalam o Alaikum everyone!
Hope everyone is doing good

Here are some guidelines for civilian applicants regarding entrance test!
1.Acadmic 50mcqs 20minutes(English, General Knowledge, Islamic/Pakistan Studies)
2 . Computer science 25mcqs15minutes(for udc,ldc,data operator,Assistant NHQ)

And Third portion will be having 75 MCQ questions in 30 minutes comprising IQ questions verbal as well as non verbal problems.
Note=Agr 1st Test Pas Hoga To Dosra Ayega Nd 2nd Pas Hoga To 3rd Teno Pass Krny Hngy,
Time management is the most vital key, don’t waste time there, don’t stuck in a single question, there is no negative marking so attempt all questions.
After entry test, qualified candidates will be called for documents submission, then medical, then psychometric test/ personality test, then interview and after that final selection call.
●MEDICAL●
Medical test is same for all civilian candidates.
Qualified candidates will receive official SMS from their recruitment center on the day of result. In that SMS, medical date will also be mentioned.
In this step, process of Medical test and Documents submission will be completed.
You’ll be asked to come at your recruitment center alongwith all original documents and 8 photos.
Message will be in this format:
“Official sms pakistan navy
Congratulations
You are qualified in entrance test.
Report to this centre PNR & SC ______ for Medical on
Dated. XX-YY-ZZZZ
Time. XXYY am/pm
bring all your orignal documents &
08 photographs.”
On the day of medical, there will be some basic medical tests comprising height, weight, eyesight, colorblindness.

Jin ka ye sb clear ho ga unko 2,3 din baad ka time dyn gy k PNS SHIFA (Navy’s hospital in Karachi) ya CMH sy kuch tests krwany hun gy jis ki subsidized fee ap ny khud pay krni ho gi.
Test ki fee collectively almost 700 ho gi, I’m not 100% sure k exactly kitni fee ho gi.

Personality Test for civilians in Pak Navy!
Iss test me sb sy pehly ap sy ap k mutaliq 2 pages py poocha jaye ga, apki family k bary me different questions hun gy
Like your hobbies, your favourite personality with reason, personality you hate with reason, kbi hospital admit rahy and reason, kbi operation hua, family me kon kon hai, koi family member forces me hai etc
Phir 50 incomplete sentences hun gy Urdu me, unko complete krna ho ga, within very short time
Phir Urdu k 50 words aik aik kr k samny screen/ projector py dikhaye jayen gy, aik word almost 10-12 second k liye samny rahy ga, un py sentence bnany hun gy
Aik incomplete sentence diya ho ga jis sy story bnani ho gi, 3,4 minutes me
Phir 1,1 kr k 3,4 pictures screen/ projector py dikhai jayen gi, un pr stories likhni hun gi
Aik picture almost 30 seconds k liye show ho gi aur aik story k liye taqreeban 4 minute ka time ho ga
Phir blank page py apni 5 khoobiyan aur 5 khaamiyan likhni hun gi
Us k baad aik blank page py apni life ka koi yadgar/ na’qabil e faramosh waqiya likhna ho ga
Phir blank page py aik sketch bnany ko kaha jaye ga aur sth ye likhna ho ga k sketch me kon hai kya kr rha hai etc
**Personality Test center to center vary kr skta hai, jesy picture stories km zyada ho skti hain, opar jo mention kiya us me sy ho skta hai kuch cheezain ap k center me na hun, jesy kuch centers me sketch nhi bnwaya jata etc
Sara test Urdu me he ho ga.
No dress code for the test, just be well dressed
**Tips**
1) Stay positive while test lkn zyada dramatic nahi ho jana, jo zehn me aye wo likhna but jis had tk ho saky positive reh k
2) Kuch b chorrna nahi, maximum sentences etc attempt krny hain lkn agr koi reh b jaye to issue nahi
3) Negativity jis had tk km ho utna acha hai
4) Koshish krna k likhny me cutting and overwriting km sy km ho
5) Khoobiyan aur Khaamiyan generic likhna, aisi jis sy Navy/ department ko koi nuqsan na zahir hota ho aur apki job py koi effect na parrta ho,
Ye cheezain bilkul nahi likhni jesy
Mujhe ghussa bht ata hai
Main bht lazy hun
Neend bht ati hai etc
☆INTERVIEW☆
Interview for recruitment in Pak Navy as Civilian
This is the last and most vital step of the recruitment.
Shortlisted candidates ko respective recruitment center ki taraf sy call ki jati aur interview k liye almost 1-2 weeks k andr andr ki date di jati hai
You’ve to take all of your original documents with you including all educational documents and your CNIC
Wahan interview sy pehly ap k documents collect kr k uski file bna kr interview k panel ko provide kr di jati hai
Panel me 3-4 Navy officers hoty hain aur 1 retired Navy officer (psychiatrist)
Interview me ye cheezain poochi jayen gi
* Introduction
* Questions about immediate family
* Questions about your city/ area
* Questions regarding your degree/ subject
* Questions about Navy
* General Knowledge
* Abbreviations
* Interests
etc.
Psychiatrist will stay silent and just notice you while interview. He’ll only notice your gestures.
**TIPS**
* Should be well dressed
* Confident while answering questions
* Don’t panic
* Be prepared
* Have basic knowledge of Navy (like where is navy operating, Officials, Ranks, names etc)
* Don’t be nervous
