Dear Rashid, Please identify your weak areas first. Make a plan and start acting accordingly. For example if you lack the communication skills of speaking in front of a group. Start Practicing speaking and lecturing in front of different groups. Remember, This can only be overcome through rigorous practice. Keep trying, Don’t lose Hope, In sha Allah you will improve Gradually.
