Generally, there are 3 Interviews in ISSB. A psych Interview, GTO Interview, and Deputy President Interview. GTO Interview is a small Interview and informal. GTO will ask some interview questions before your command task while walking to the Task scene. ISSB interviews have significant importance; Following are the DO NOT Things during ISSB Interview. Don’t rush for Interview
Interviews are scheduled at the end of the day after GTO tasks. Candidates are allowed to change their dresses. However, many candidates run for interviews to be on time and they don’t prepare themselves. There is enough time before the interview. You should wash your Face with Soap or Face fresh to look fresh. You can take a small bath if necessary. Focus on your dressing before an interview. Don’t miss these things in a rush for an interview.
Do not take your dress lightly
You might see some candidates in a shabby or inappropriate dress waiting for the interview in the gallery. The dress represents your mindset and your attitude towards joining Armed forces. Wear a neat and clean dress for an interview. The dress should be matching. Don’t wear Colourful shirts which look silly.

Don’t forget about your posture
Don’t sit awkward on the chair. Your posture should be straight. Don’t sit on chair hanging to one side. Your body should be balance and straight. In psychology, Sitting with cross hands means you are hidding information.
Task: Di practice for sitting on a chair. Note yourself for hand and leg placement. Ask from friends and family, they can easily point out shortcomings. You should Improve accordingly.
Don’t initiate Handshake
Do not initiate a handshake. You should Initiate Salam by saying Assalam o Alaikum and asking for permission to enter in Interview room. If the interview wants to handshake with you then go ahead with it. You should not forward your hand for a handshake on your own. Nowadays, due to the Covid-19 scenario, avoid handshakes with anyone.
Don’t go directly and sit on the chair
This is a blunder if you don’t ask for sitting on the chair. You should ask for taking the seat. Generally, the deputy president might say you to “please sit down” and there is no need for permission. However, sometimes deputy president or Psychologist may remain silent and wait for your reaction.
Don’t get fooled by their smile
The ISSB deputy president interview is held in a very friendly environment. Interviewer will smile often during questions. Don’t be fooled as they are your school friends. They are evaluating you. Don’t become too Free with them.
Don’t deny A question
If the interviewer asks you personal questions; don’t deny it. ⁰If he asks he want to marry your sister. You should not say “Do not ask this question”.
Don’t deny A situation
If the interviewer give you a situation, like as SRT test, you shouldn’t deny it. Like “ Sir, aisay to nai hota” . Is tarah to kabi nai hwa sir. Ya aisy kabi b nai ho sakta.
Don’t ask a stupid question
Don’t ask stupid question from interviewer. Sir apka rank kia hy? Or sir, Ap army se ho ya navy se.
Don’t lose your confidence
Hold your confidence during the interview process. They are human and they will not eat you. You shouldn’t get frightened. Answer them boldly. Believe in yourself and talk with yourself occasionally “Yes! You can do it”.
