Pakistan Air Force has announced registration for the Aerotrade in PAF from 8th January to 14 January 2024. What is Aerotrade in PAF?
There are two categories of Air Force uniform employees. Grade 17 and above are called commissioned officers and 16 or below are called AIRMEN. You must know, where you are applying. Commissioning and Airmen are different categories. If you are twice not recommended and want an earlier Job, then this job is for you.
The following table will help you to understand.
PAF airman is further divided into more categories based on work.
- Aero-Technician, Work in a technical field, some works on aircraft, some ground works.
- Aero-support works in offices and hospitals. Like medical nurses, Clerk, admin duties,
- Security (Provost and GC) perform security and guard duties
- MTD drivers, Drive PAF vehicles, Buses, Cars
- Musicians play music during official ceremonies
- Sportsman plays in internal and national sports. If you are good at sports and participated at the college or provincial level, it is the best option for you. If you are outstanding in your sports, you may join others.
The above are all included in PAF airmen. Aero technician and aero support are combined called Aero trade. Aero technicians work on Aircraft or machinery while the aero support trades are Administrative and supportive jobs, like nursing, accountant, etc.

Yes, You can improve your educational qualification, However you will be required to get NOC before taking any admission in any institution.

W.salam Dear Sajjad Afrdi, Unfortunately You have crossed the upper age limit. You can’t apply for the Regular commission or Airmen Jobs.

G Salman, You can choose the profession of Medical. After your military training, There will be an aptitude test, and the trades will be allocated on the basis of that test. You can request staff or can contact relevant personal for your choice. This is not a Big issue.

Dear Fueqan, glad to know that, once your military training started, it will be difficult for your to continue your FSc. However, you can apply for the commissioning later on the basis of Diploma awarded by the PAF after completion of your training.

Dear Ali haider, No one can force you to join any profession, It should be your own decision, It seems You were too good in your matric and then your academic grades were significantly reduced due to misguidance or immaturity or might be social problems. You are requested to Focus on your studies and keep your aim high. Although Airmen Job is good and it support you financially in your early life, However, once you join, it will be a little difficult for you to Join other careers where you have interest.
When will the registration for gd pilot and admin open?

Sir when i did my matriculation with 84% marks in science i applied for the post of airman in paf. As the selection procedure is lengthy so i continued my studies in f.sc pre medical and cleared 1st year with 74% marks but during my 2nd year i was called for final selection of airman and finally i was selected and went to kohat for pre training. i have completed initial training at kohat and am about to leave for karachi for next phase of aero tech training. But i want to apply for officer rank. What to do?
