Who is the IT officer? and what roles they play in the Pakistan Air Force.
IT officer or Information technology officer performs duties in the IT branch and lead the team of IT professionals. Air force has own system of networking and are not behind in the IT industry. Therefor they need IT professionals for running the IT department, leading the team of IT workers.

What are the eligibility Criteria to apply?
The eligibility criteria is the same as other posts, except educational qualification. Follwing degree holder can apply for IT officer in air force.
- 16 Years Education degree in Computer Science (MCS, or BSCS)
- Masters in IT (MIT, BSIT)
- BS cyber security
- BS artificial Intelligence
- BE in Computer Engineering
- any other equivalent qualification
What are the physical requirements for IT officer?
- Age should be less than 30 on joining / start of training date.
- Eyesight should be 6/6 with or without glasses.
- Minimum height should be 5 feet and 4 inches. For females, (in case of female induction) the minimum height requirement is 4 feet and 10 inches. There is No relaxation in height.
What is the Syllabus to prepare for the Initial Test?
In the initial tests, Candidate are to prepare for Intelligence tests and Subject tests (Introduction to computing). The subject / academic test consist of 50 questions (MCQs) and mostly questions are from IT basics. You can prepare for your Initial tests from this website . Online Intellegence tests are available and you can check your proficiency in intelligence tests. For academic tests, you have to review past experiences / papers, which are also available on this site.
