To some extent, it is TRUE, that academy can help candidates in getting ISSB recommendation. But on the other hand, You will see a lot of candidates who get training from the academy and they were not recommended by the ISSB.

GTO Tasks

• For GTO tasks, you have to search for 4 to 9 sincere ISSB aspirants. Who has a real interest in attempting ISSB and has a good caliber.
• First try to find these candidates physically from your school or college, If not possible then search online.
• Select a topic for discussion and lecture daily and conduct a 20-minute activity daily.
• Point: At the initial stage, do not look for good or bad discussions or lectures. At first, you need, brainstorming sessions. (Pehly Kisi b topic pe bolna seekhen, beshak critisim kio na ho. When you practiced speaking. you can improve your discussion through daily practice.
• Military Planning sample maps are available on the internet. You can practice with your group twice, thrice, or more weekly.
• You can perform your command and GTO Tasks with friends, by collecting some scrap and making the setup.
• Remember the Completion of the Command task is not important. It is important that how you conduct a task, How you instruct and deal with your group members, and how you approach the task.

• You can conduct a mock interview with your group members.
