This post will guide you about the physical height requirements for the different posts. Pakistan Armed Forces hires candidates for different posts and accordingly, different posts require different heights. Here I tried to include the Height requirements for all the Posts in the Pak Army, Navy, and PAF.
Note: These are MINIMUM / the Lower limits for the height (Your height must be equal to or greater than the mentioned height). For example, if the height requirement for the lady cadet course is 5 feet, All girls with a MINIMUM OF 5 feet or more height are eligible for the lady cadet course if they meet all other educational requirements.

Height Requirments for Non commissioned Posts in the Pakistan Army
The following table will help you understand the height requirements in the Pakistan Army for the Non commissioned posts/vacancies.

AFNS (Armed Forces Nursing Service)
To be eligible for AFNS posts in the Pak army, the minimum height requirement is 5 Feet (152.4 cm). Only Females are allowed to Join as AFNS (Males can not apply).

You can not apply for the Soldier post where the height requirement is 5 feet and 6 Inch. You can apply for other posts, where the height requirement is 5 feet and 4 inches.

No. As she is not meeting the basic criteria of physical height. Passing tests will not help her. Fulfilling the eligibility requirements are mandatory.
