Physical Test for females (Lady cadet course)

Total Time for the Test: (01 mile Running in 14 minutes)

Physical Test LCC ka case mein boht assan hai itna tough nahi just ap logon ka stamina hona chahya 1-mile cover karna ka.

Note: There is Only Running in the physical test for the lady cadet course. There is no Jumping shumping etc. Just simple running.

Tips and Guidelines for the Female Physical Test (LCC)

  • If you can walk fast, you can cover the required distance within the time limit. Agar ap walk thore teez karein tou bhi 1 mile complete ho jaega.
  • Jogging karka karein Phir bhi complete ho jaega 1 mile.
  • If you can run, then it is the easiest test for you. gar ap ka zayada stamina hai tou running karka bhi apka mile ho jaega complete.
  • Main thing ka ap Practice ho kisi aik cheez ke and ap continuously 14 min above 3 chezon mein sa kuch karsaktay hon.
  • Jogging karein at least 14 min continuously ap log jogging karsaktay hon.
  • Running karein agar apka weight zayada hai bcz Running boht effective hai weight loose karna mein.

Dress code for the Female Physical Test

There is no proper Dress code for this test. However following are some guidelines that will help you and your test will be more easy for you.

  • Track suit ya shalwar kameez jis mein assani ho use kar sakta hain. Ya dono Mix kar len.
  • Jogger ya PT shoes use karen… apko Running me asani hogi.
  • Baki 1 mile itna mushkil nahi hai just stamina built karka jaein. Clear ho jaega.

The Best Dress code is Tracksuit Upper with Shalwar Qamees. The upper will cover your body while running, ensuring the Haya Factor.

Sharing some personal experience of a candidate

  1. Start se, End Point pe Focus nai karna… nai to thak jao gay.
  2. Group me Running karen, to bahut asaan ho jaati… 2 or 3 person group… koi dost hay, us k sath, nai to usi time koi dost bna len.
  3. Agar akelay karni hay to Meethi Socho me Gum ho jayen, Running karty rahen..
  4. Running group me karni hay, to In Step bhaagen…
    Apka Step dosro k step k saty match ho, You will not get Tired.
