Welcome to the 4th day of ISSB. You will read ISSB 4th day routine in this post. We have published Full 4 day routine separately in detail. Please read day by day process for better ISSB test preparation. 4th day is the last day of the ISSB selection process. On the 5th day, Only re-interview or Re-task will be held for selected candidates. 4th day is also called 2nd GTO Day. Day 4 ISSB: We can divide this day into four Parts.
- Command Task.
- Individual Obstacles
- Final Group Task
- GTO Interview
- Remaining Interviews of Psych or Deputy president
Let’s explain all events one by one.
- In the command task, everyone will be given the opportunity to perform the command task separately. One person will be the commander of the group. 5 Candidates will act as group members. The remaining three candidates will act as observers.
- The Total Number of candidates in a GTO Group is 09
- 01 will act as a commander one by one
- 05 group members will be chosen as teammates or group members
- 03 will observe the activity. They have nothing to do. Group commanders can consult them in Command task.
- Everyone will perform the command Task one by one.

What to do in a command Task?
In the Command task, an ambiguous situation will be given to the group commander. The Group commander will lead the group to perform that task. We will post a detailed Essay about how to perform a Command task and what things to avoid.
Remember these terminologies for your GTO Tasks.
Inbound:
Things that are allowed to touch. You can utilize these things while performing the task. They are painted Blue.
Outbound:
Things you can touch or you are not allowed, performing the task. They are painted red.
Individual Obstacles
There will be 9 Obstacles to perform in 02 minutes. You will stand in a place, where all the obstacles around you forming a circle. All the obstacles are very easy except the Climbing through the Rope. You are advised to perform daily running, for good physical health. GTO Interview or Interaction
GTO will interview each group candidate one by one. The interview duration is very small and we can call it interaction. There are simple questions in that interview. Questions will mostly relate to you, from the bio-data form.
Psych or Deputy President Interview
Opportunity will be given to every candidate for changing the dress for the Psych or Deputy president Interview. Use your best Dress for the interview. It should be neat and clean and properly ironed.

- The Normal fee for a psych assessment is 1,000 Rupees, Only. However, if you are a student, then We know your financial challenges. We will do your personality assessment for 500 rupees only. If you are unable to pay the fee due to your financial background, then don’t worry, We will make sure that your financial background doesn’t hinder your growth and we will do your assessment through other options.
