Q: What are your views after the ISSB attempt?
Recommended Candidate: Sir, First of all, I want to thank Allah for recommending me to the 147 PMA long course. The things I observed in the ISSB are:
If you are mentally prepared for ISSB then it is not a difficult thing. It’s just a simple personality test. Behave like a responsible person. Show them that you are already an officer.
Q: How was your Interview Experience?
In the interview, I answered all the questions very honestly, sincerely, and confidently. They asked me personal questions. Some questions were related to myself, my education, my siblings, and my father. I also mentioned my father as my ideal and favorite personality. They asked me Questions about my preparation for ISSB. A simple common Question was also asked from me why do I want to join the army? So I replied then with simple positive and justified answers. No math Questions were asked except the area Questions of a frame. In General knowledge, they asked me two Questions about motorways.
What tips will you recommend for our ISSB Aspirants for Interview Preparation?
For the interview, I observed whatever Questions they asked. Answer them with confidence. You should defend your answer Because in counter questions they will ask about the reason. I will recommend that;
Be confident,
Believe in yourself
Do not answer based on thukkas. Answer them logically.

Q: Share your experience about GTO Tasks
In GTO tasks you have to be aware of everything. Must listen and follow the instructions of GTO. GTO will not repeat his instructions. Keep yourself and your mind active, especially for GTO tasks. Make perfect Military planning. If any Fouls happen, You must rectify them. It’s your responsibility to correct the foul. Show cooperation and help each other group members. Always stay focused on your task. In command, task Show your leadership, and command, and give a brief good briefing to subordinates/group members. Tell them each and everything about inbound, and outbound areas. Brief all about whether jumping or throwing is allowed or not.
Q: What about Group discussion in your ISSB?
In the group, discussion Give valid and logical points. Speak less but valid Give time to others to speak. Defend your points with facts and references from the hadith and holy Quran. Give examples of renowned personalities. My GTO tasks were totally in English except for the Urdu group discussion. My whole interview conversation was in English. Speaking English also has a little bit of influence on performance in the recommendation. Now English is part of ISSB.

Q: Spread some light on Psych Tests
If I talk about psychological tests then I would just say that psychological tests demand practice. Because practice makes the man perfect. Be decent natural and simple. Do not make complexities in the psychological tests. That will lead to any problem that you might face in an interview with the psychologist.
Q: Well, It was so much Interesting, I think new young and energetic aspirants will follow the steps and they will get recommendations. Anything you want to say?

With due respect Sir I have submitted my issb forms for PMA 150 and I am not very much aware of how to start my preparation so plz guide from where to start my preparation.
Also suggest me which material should I use to prepare myself like newspaper,books etc.
Dear Usman, Please Read the Whole issb process first. Understand the process and then start your preparation accordingly. Remember, ISSB is a thoroughly Personality Examination. Work on Your personality traits to be recommended in issb.
Sir I am worry about this thing that how much time(months) is required for the complete preparation of ISSB ?

Dear Zahoor, the ISSB test preparation depends upon the make up of personality of the candidate. If a candidate is from good background, rared in positive social atmosphere and healthy environment and got educated from standardized schools then the candidate can prepare in week or two. However, if a candidate is brought in a negative atmosphere and he can not express himself, he will need a lot of efforts to prepare and improve himself. Remember, ISSB is the examination of the personality not intelligence. Bringing change in the personality is not an easy task. Sir kia ICTO Walo ka issb sb ka ata h ya shortlist hoty h issb k lea
Dear Muhammad Shoaib, only Short list candidates ka issb hoga. Pehly pehlay Sab ka hota tha, Ajkal candidates itnay zyada ho gaye hen, k sab ka possible nai hay. Isliye candidates ko shortlist kia jaata hay, for issb.
Sir should we right the Critical thinking , Overthinker and self righteous as a demerit will it give a negative impact ?
If you have these Qualities, These will not matter alone.. Your Whole personality will be judged and They will decide on the Whole assessment, Not just one Factor.

Sir when will the ISSB of TCC army 2022 start?
Currently PAF issb is in progress, After that issb will be held for lady candidates. After June, the issb of tcc will be started. Cannot say the exact date.
Sir when will bee issb of PMA 151 L/ C start
I cleared my initial but not recieve issb latter
The issb for the 151 pma Long course will start from the last week on this month and will continue for two months.
